At Kaorii, each piece of jewelry goes through a rigorous two-step quality check process — first by our global suppliers, and then again by the Kaorii quality team before dispatch. This ensures that only flawless, high-quality pieces reach our customers.

As a result, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund policy.
We do not accept returns or process monetary refunds once an order has been delivered.

Replacement Policy

In the rare event that a defective or damaged product is received, we offer a replacement option in the form of store credit.

  • A credit equivalent to the value of the purchased item will be created in your Kaorii customer account.

  • This credit can be used for future purchases within 3 months from the date of issue.

  • Physical returns of the product may be requested for quality verification in specific cases.

Please note:

  • Cash refunds or bank reversals will not be issued.

  • Products must be reported for replacement within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos and order details.
